The Church of Saint Philip’s is located in the western part of the old city. It is at the end of al-Khadr street, and it had been built in 1879 by a British missionary association. The church yard is alongside al-Khadr mosque, and these two buildings are a sign of the cordial relations between Islam and Christianity
