The visitor may extend his walk by vehicle from the Hippodrome site at the main square in down town, and then to the west where the western Roman graveyards are located; and thence visiting Jarzeem mountain, the Samaritans and the Roman amphitheatre. Afterwards, he may visit Rijal al- Amūd Sanctuary, opposite the eastern region. After finishing Jarzeem mountain & the Samaritans visiting centre, the direction of travel will start from the Jarzeem mountain and then on to the Roman amphitheatre to be followed by the Rijal al- Amūd Sanctuary. Thence, the eastern region and the return to the western Roman cemeteries, then on to the main square in down town to visit the Hippodrome, where you might park your vehicle and then visit the old city on foot.  The duration of the walk from down town to these locations and visiting them is between 60- 90 minutes.
