The Arafat soap factory, Cultural Heritage Enrichment Centre - “CHEC” (Visiting time, 08:00 - 14:00, free entry, the revenue from products sold there is used for the benefit of welfare)

The Arafat soap factory in the old city of Nablus has been renovated to make it compatible for use as a multi-purpose cultural centre. The centre provides a space suitable for cultural activities, art and heritage; especially, rugs “hand-woven carpets”, ceramics and traditional soap made from Palestinian olive oil.

The sale of these products occurs at the center for financing cultural activities.
