The soap factory lies at al-Masābin street that joins the al-Qaryūn & al-Yāsmīnah quarters. It was renovated in 2018, and is now used as a cultural center aimed at transmitting the Palestinian narrative through films and historical documents. It has an electronic library for the Palestinian curriculum.
